When you contact us or enquire about a garment we collect your name, email, phone number and message. To make your order we also hold your measurements, cloth and style choices, and delivery details. To protect our forms and measure our advertising we record technical data with each enquiry (IP address, browser, the page you came from, and ad click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid).

To answer your enquiry, make and deliver your garments, keep your pattern on file for repeat orders, and, where you allow it, understand how visitors use the site and measure our advertising.

Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting), Mailgun (email delivery), and, for analytics and advertising, Google (Analytics and Ads), Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta. Some providers process data outside Hong Kong, including in the United States.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by writing to jason@lordscustomtailors.com. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before analytics and advertising cookies are set, and also have the rights given by the GDPR, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. Anyone can change their cookie choice at any time from the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
